[Mveca_usas] Redesign Credentials

Good Morning,
The containers are back up, and users are now able to log in as long as their accounts are not locked.
We do have several users who were locked out due to too many login attempts. We are working through each container to identify and unlock affected users. It may take us until approximately 9:00 AM to work through everyone.
If you are still unable to log in after 9:00 AM, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Please read the information below and do not attempt to log in to any Redesign application at this time. After too many unsuccessful login attempts, a user's account may become locked.
Please ensure that all users in your district are aware of this outage and refrain from attempting to access the applications until we notify you that the issue has been resolved.
As soon as the applications are back online and users are able to log in successfully, we will reply to this email thread with an update.

Good Morning,

We have identified an issue with the external authentication connection that is preventing users from logging into the software applications. We have escalated the issue to SSDT this evening for further investigation.

At this time, no users are able to log into the software applications, as an error indicating "bad credentials" is being displayed when attempting to sign in.

We will provide another update as soon as we have additional information and will notify everyone once the issue has been resolved.
