Hello,
Instead of burning a CD with your W2s, you will receive an email with a link to a zip file.   When you receive the email, click on the hyperlink (it's highlighted below).

This email or download link can be forwarded to anyone.

The attachments are available until: Monday, 12 January.

Click on the hyperlink and it will open your default browser.  The page will look something like this (depending on your browser):

Click on the "Attached files".  The browser may give you an option to save or open.  'Save as' the zip file locally

Go to the location where you saved the zip file and double click on it.  It will open a window with an option to EXTRACT ALL FILES.

It will ask you where you want the extracted files.  Browse to the directory where you want to put your pdf W2s and click extract.

When you open the files you will see a folder with all the individual pdfs, the employer copy of the W2 for city annual reconciliation, the TOTALS report and the W2FORM.DAT file.  The individual pdfs can be used to print duplicates on 11 x 14 paper, if needed.  The TOTALS report is very helpful.  Go to the end and it will list all municipalities, the # of employees with the withholding and the total amount for that city.
