[Mveca_usps] Latest update to NEWHIRE available in OECN_OOPS

Good Morning

The NEWHIRE program has been modified again.  The filename, NEWHIRE.CSV, does not conform to Ohio New Hire reporting requirements.  When Ohio New Hire Reporting changed third party vendor processing as of July 1, 2015, the filename can no longer be NEWHIRE.  If NEWHIRE is the filename, you will encounter an online error and will be unable to upload the file.  The new filename has been changed to HIRE123456789ccyymmddnn.CSV.  The "123456789" will be your district's Federal EIN number.  The ccyymmdd is the current date.  The "nn" is a unique number for the current date, starting at 01.
