[Mveca_usps] FYI about the L manifest

Good evening.
I wanted to pass this on since you will see that the manifest has been updated prior to the EMIS Newsflash coming out.
Please take note of the first bullet. Unless you have to submit to clear HQT or Invalid cert Issues, I would suggest that you do not submit again till the 2nd manifest comes out next week.

Late Wed. afternoon, we released a new version of the L staff and course collection request.  The Newsflash and release note will follow on Thursday, but wanted to get some info in your hands right away


*         This collection request update does not change in any way the data sent to ODE or the checks done on the data- so no districts will have to resubmit under version 8 on Thursday or Friday.

*         This collection request does add 3 new CTE funding related reports- part of the information sent out tomorrow will be a guide to the errors in those reports and what is yet to come related to CTE

*         These CTE reports will be added to and continue to be updated during the final staff window- which will open next week.

*         Once we publish the final staff window collection with this report, we will stop updating the data that shows in the initial staff window reports

*         The data in the reports includes the date when the reports were run and the local submission numbers of the data sets used- we expect to update the data at least once a week, and the dates in the report will let you know when the report was last updated.
