[Mveca_usps] USPS Checklist - AUDRPT

Hello,

Beware - Step 25 on the USPS checklist for AUDRPT may be a HUGE report and take a long time to process.  I added this option this year because it was on the state checklist.  AUDRPT Demand is executed, automatically, for PAYROLLCD, monthly.  IF you want to run AUDRPT with the Official option, run it for small time periods.   Do not try to VFC2PDF or eREPORT the large report.
