[Mveca_usps] NEW USPS FYE CHECKLIST

Good Morning,

Attached is an updated USPS checklist.  The FICA rates were wrong on step 12.e.  The employee rate went back to 6.2 a few years ago.  Please make sure that your FICA deductions are set to 6.2 for both the employee and board.
