Management Council (MC) – Emergency Maintenance Notice
Maintenance Category:  Emergency

Summary of Work:
In order to resolve a number of outstanding issue with re-activating staff in the Kiosk, we need to perform emergency maintenance.   Sorry for the short notice, but this is to solve this critical problem for several staff members in districts.
This will involve a code hotfix to resolve this issue.   We chose to go ahead and do this now as this issue has been ongoing for over a week and is causing issues for school operations.

When  Monday August 27th,  2018 – 5:00 pm – Monday August 27th 6:30 pm

Risk Assessment: 4

Level 1 = Informational Only / No downtime expected
Level 2= Minor/Minimal downtime expected / less than 60 minutes
Level 3 = Serious / 1-6 hours of downtime expected
Level 4 = Critical Extended downtime expected
