Management Council (MC) – Planned Maintenance Notice
Maintenance Category:  Repair and Change

Summary of Work:
A switch failure on 6/11 resulted in a brief downtime that was not anticipated.   Due to cabling tightness, we are going to need to take down connectivity to the data center to replace the switch which will result in a 15-20 minute total outage.
Immediately after the replacement, a second outage will occur to change the network topology to support a new connection for enabling the July MC data center migration to limit downtime during that event.

When  Tuesday June 18 th,  2019 – 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Risk Assessment: 2 – however multiple events.

Level 1 = Informational Only / No downtime expected
Level 2= Minor/Minimal downtime expected / less than 60 minutes
Level 3 = Serious / 1-6 hours of downtime expected
Level 4 = Critical Extended downtime expected
