[Mveca_usps] Classic Data Legacy Preservation

As promised attached is the template legacy data preservation form we presented today with SSDT's recommendations and in the link below is today's recording of our meeting: https://liquidfiles.mveca.org/link/4D685eX14rvgbnjx155Fkh

Important Key Notes:

*         Reflections can only be accessed on-site at MVEVA (we will have password resets ready for the lab day you are signed up for).

*         If a district wants to run any of the optional reports listed on the Word Document a lab day/time must be reserved (we only have 24 stations so we have 2 different lab days scheduled for 2/14 and 2/28 and you can come in one of those days from 9AM-12PM).

*         MVECA will email out each district separately by the end of the week a data legacy preservation release form, all districts will need to sign and return the form by 2/28/2023

*         If Inventory was used by a district on Classic the EISCD files will be emailed to those districts by the end of the week (will include in the same email with the Legacy Preservation form)

*         Classic is no longer being supported at the State Level and will be shut down in March at MVECA

*         3/3/2023 We are hosting a USPS and USAS training on reports and grids via WebEx

*         3/22/2023 We are hosting Fiscal Round Tables at MVECA in our Atrium Conference Room (Where we held the FYE and CYE Meetings). USAS is from 12:30-2PM and USPS is from 2-3PM
