[Mveca_usps] Server Disk Errors

Good Morning,

Our Tech team continued to work with SSDT yesterday evening and was able to narrow down to the container that was using up all the disc space and was able to resolve the issue now for all containers.

Everyone may go into Redesign and process as normal today.

Good Afternoon,

I believe all containers are back up, however, the tech team on the back end of the system is still seeing some weird performance/memory behaviors so we are escalating this up to the SSDT development team.

At this time users may go into your instance and review data and try to pull reports but we still recommend using caution on posting transactions unless you are posting using a mass load/spreadsheet template to avoid losing any data you are trying to post.

The Tech team advised most of the redesign containers are still in the phase of re-starting so if you can't get to your URL already it may take another 5-10 minutes.

We need all users to log out of all Redesign applications. Our tech team needs to do a complete re-start of the system and it will require users to be offline for 30 minutes. I will give them the go ahead to re-start here at 1:30 to allow everyone a few minutes to log out.

Good Afternoon,

We have received reports that districts are encountering server disc errors....our tech team is currently looking into this issue as it's on the backside/tech side of Redesign. Once the issue has been resolved we will send an update to all districts. Currently, the error seems to be sporadic and it's not limited to USPS or USAS or specific functions.

At this time we would recommend not trying to post any transactions but you may use USAS and USPS to look up information and pull reports....some are getting this error when pulling reports but again it's sporadic.
