[Mveca_usps] Rapback Notification

Good Morning,
We were contacted by a district today about this new DEW RAPBACK Program that is required by districts.
Please see the attachment with links and steps to implement this program.
You may have already been notified about RAPBACK, if so, disregard this email.
The requirement is that your non-certificated employees and drivers obtain a credential ID.
Please note, these credential ID's DO NOT have to be changed in USPS for EMIS reporting.
If you have any questions about this program, please contact DEW(formerly ODE).
We know nothing more than what we read in the attached document.
