[Mveca_usps] W2 Individual Archive

Good Afternoon All,

We have learned that there was a bug that was affecting W2 Individual Archive.  The release was added Jan 7th to correct the bug.
The issue that was occurring, when you generated your W2 Individual Archive file, if you had employees that were contributing to FICA (such as board members), this was causing an issue with the filtering and the Control Numbers did not line up with your Submission or Mailable W2 file.
Please review your W2 Individual Archive to assure the control numbers line up with your Mailable W2 forms.  If an employee is contributing to FICA, they would have been filtered to the top of the file.

Going forward, even though the issue has been resolved, when you are generating the W2 Individual Archive file make sure you select DEFAULT in the Save and Recall Field, or you could encounter the same issue.
