[Mveca_usps] Network issue causing hosted SSDT application issues

Good Afternoon,
We are getting reports back the containers are back up but running very slow so we are going to reach out to SSDT to let them know. Will send another update once we hear back.

We have had a network incident between our two MCOECN datacenters and that is causing some application access issues.
We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it and restore access to the hosted SSDT applications.
I will send notice when it appears all is back online.
