[Tech-l] quick poll - email retention policy

Good Afternoon!
I'd like to take a quick poll on what policies districts have in place for email retention.  Are you keeping email records 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc.?
Also, just as a reminder, MVECA has an arrangement with Gaggle.net for email archiving at $7.00 per year for staff email boxes (no markup or incentive for MVECA beyond helping schools).  Let me know if you need information on that.
