[Tech-l] Customer Satisfaction Survey

Good Afternoon!

Beginning on Wednesday, you may receive an invitation to participate in a customer satisfaction survey.  The message will come from Geoffrey Andrews, CEO of the Management Council.  If you receive an invitation, we encourage you to take a few moments to complete this survey and provide your opinion regarding the customer service we provide.  We need your help to demonstrate to various agencies outside our region how MVECA is working hard to provide you with the best support at the lowest possible cost!  You are also encouraged to share the invitation with others in your district who interact with MVECA.  Your feedback on ITC customer service will also help support our commitment to continuous service improvement.  The information you provide will enable MVECA to better understand your needs and improve services.

As background, this school year all ITCs have agreed to use a common customer satisfaction survey. The common survey is being administered by the Management Council, which is an association representing all ITCs by providing state-level support and program management to empower ITCs to be the leading IT service providers in Ohio.

The survey consists of 23 multiple-choice questions plus additional opportunities for you to comment on or suggest ways to improve customer support, system reliability, and other aspects of the services we provide. The opportunity to participate in this survey will be open for a period of two weeks concluding on March 29th.  We will locally retransmit the survey link at the end of this week to make sure everyone possible has received it.

Your responses are important to us - again, we strongly encourage you to participate in this survey.  Should you have any questions regarding the survey, please feel free to contact me.
