[Tech-l] MVECA Operations under Stay At Home Order

To All MVECA Client Organizations and Contacts:

MVECA will remain open through April 6th, and into the foreseeable future, to address essential functions as defined by the Director of the Ohio Department of Health in her March 22nd 'Stay At Home Order' and by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).  These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:


*         Cyber Security Operations.

*         Internet, Video, and Telecommunications systems including local infrastructure for computing services, business infrastructure, communications, and web-based services.

*         Basic maintenance services required to support the continuing operation of our client agencies to include all support of distance learning, server, and Internet technologies.

*         Customer service and support staff needed to support critical payroll, accounting, student information, and instructional technology functions.

Please continue to consume support as needed.  Your regular contact methods will continue to work even if MVECA personnel are telecommuting.  MVECA's offices are closed to the public, but our support staff is ready to assist.
