[Tech-l] Reminder: Please register for MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting

Good morning!

This is a reminder that MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting is one week from today! The tentative agenda for 3/17, the meeting minutes from the Fall Assembly Meeting, and the merger proposal document that was previously provided are all attached here.

Thank you to those who have already registered! We still do not have nearly enough registrants to meet our minimum for a quorum though, so please consider attending the meeting or sending a proxy. If you're able to attend, please register here as soon as you can: Spring Assembly Registration<https://www.mveca.org/protected/EventRegistration.aspx?rCode=5GB0P2>

If you cannot be present for the meeting, please consider sending a proxy! You may designate another meeting attendee to act as your representative, or you may leave the proxy form blank to allow the Recording Secretary of the Association to vote on your behalf. The proxy form is also attached.
