[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Assessment loads for Diagnostics and Dyslexia

Good afternoon all!

There have been multiple questions on how we are going to load the Diagnostic files and Dyslexia files in to Dasl.
It is not going to be something that you will like.

It is still in development. But the plan is

1.       There will be a file in the HUB that is similar to the COS upload.

2.       There will be a code that you will choose for the test that your students took.

3.       Report will run and you can select the students that you want on the report

4.       You will enter the value for the assessment that your students took

5.       There will be a field on the import assessment screen to choose the code that you are loading(Dropdown)
Documentation is not out there yet since it is still in development. As soon as it is  updated I will get more information out to you.

Hopefully it will be in the next release from DASL but even that is not a given.
