Good morning.
We wanted to pass along to you information on how to add students and ESC staff that are missing from Link into your district.

All new students must be added by the State Student Software Team.  Attached is a document that you will need to fill out and email back to the address at the top of the page.  This will assist the team in loading the students properly.

ESC teachers who have been loaded with multiple districts with multiple e-mail addresses can be combined to a single e-mail by SSST running a script against the database.  We attempted to make sure that all ESC teachers were loaded with their ESC email address but we do know that we did miss some of them.  If you have an ESC teacher that has multiple logins and would like to have just one login please let Annette or I know and we will send a ticket to the SSST to have them combined.

If an ESC teacher did not load into a district, the superintendent must make the request to state support to have the ESC teacher added to the district.     Please send an email to Annette or I with the name of the ESC teacher and what district the teacher needs to be added to.  We will attach the email to a Ticket and send it up to the SSST.
