[Link-princ] Roster Verification School Setup Deadline Approaching

Good afternoon Principals and Roster Verification Administrators,

The end of the School Set-Up phase of Roster Verification is quickly approaching.  This initial period closes on April 12th.  The below graphic is a snapshot of the current status of all MVECA schools as of this morning (April 7th).  As you can see, we have 20 buildings showing Completed, 56 buildings Started(In process), and 35 buildings as Not Started meaning that they have not yet begun the verification process.  We will be reaching out to those building administrators to verify that we have the most recent contact information and that the correct administrators are listed within the application.

Finalizing the Set-Up Process
Once your building scan is completed and all teachers, courses/classes, and students have been reviewed, you will move to the set-up completion step in the process.
This is an indication that the principal has reviewed the information loaded into the Link Application and that the building is prepared to begin Teacher Roster Verification.



Completing Your Set-Up
To complete the Set Up process click the Setup Complete button in the top right of the Link Application dashboard. See the image below.

Once you have taken these steps, you will show 100% in the Completed column of the School Setup portion of your dashboard (shown below).
