*Job Description:* The South Range Local School Board of Education is
seeking a Treasurer/CFO to lead their district in a fiscally responsible
manner.

*Candidates shall possess or demonstrate the following:*

·         Positive personality with a high degree of integrity, honesty,
enthusiasm, energy and dedication.

·         Understanding of public school finance, budgets, appropriations,
payroll and business operations.

·         Understanding and experience with local tax structures and levies.

·         Ability to work with the Board of Education, Superintendent,
employees, students, parents and community.

·         Ability to effectively communicate and answer questions about
school finance.

·         Ability to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with
stakeholders.

·         Ability to maintain a atmosphere of trust and respect

·         Comprehensive technology skillset.

·         Experience with financial forecasts both short and long term.

·         Experience with budget development and oversight.

·         Knowledge of State and Federal Financial Policies.

·         Knowledge of asset tracking.

·         Knowledge of state and local reporting requirements.

·         Knowledge of cooperative consortia purchasing.

·         Ability to supervise the payroll department.

·         Holds an Ohio Treasurer Certificate or License.

·         Character and professionalism that reflects well upon the school
district.
