[Mail_treas] Double dipping?

Dave,
In our district it has been addressed as the "few minute" protocol. The
teacher/coach who goes to state would use professional days and not be
expected to use personal/deduct.
Now I will add that we have and do have the issue of an employee who is a
coach in an adjacent district. Any need to leave the work day is either
personal first then deduct.
