Good morning,

My district recently implemented Public School Works for online training
for all of our staff. As a result, we received a demand to bargain from OEA
due to a change in our teachers’ conditions of employment. If you have a
moment, can you answer the following questions if you use Public School
Works:

1) Do you provide additional compensation to your employees to complete
required training through Public School Works?

2) What are the repercussions for employees who refuse to complete the
training (which is required by law)?
