[Mail_treas] Legality of Using Board Docs - On Line Voting

I want to share with you the outcome of my question below --

One treasurer came forward with a response that cast some doubt on the legality of the use of the Board Docs Online voting module.

OSBA did confirm that ORC 3313.18  does require that the Treasurer publicly call the roll in voting and therefore , OSBA believes that use of the Board Docs online voting module would not comply with state statute.

Therefore, I am not going to recommend this practice to my Board.

Has your experience with that feature been a good one?

During the meeting, how does the electronic voting results Board Vote get communicated to the audience?
Any advice for a district thinking of moving in that direction would be appreciated.
