[Mail_treas] 100% behind efforts on personal liability issue

I agree with Roxanne.  This not something that an Auditor of State
committee can address.  This is something that OASBO, as our
representatives, need to lobby the legislature to change for our benefit.
Maybe if we all stopped paying our annual dues, something might change.
