Our OAPSE agreement states that an employee is permitted to carry over a
maximum of 10 days each year, but can only have a maximum of 40 days at any
time.  Any days carried over to the next school year may be accumulated or
exchanged for pay at the employee's per diem rate.  An employee is only
permitted to exchange a maximum of 20 days of carried over vacation days
per school year subject to the written approval of the Superintendent.
