[Mail_treas] brief info request

fellow treasurers...i know you are all busy, so i will try to keep this brief...we are in the process of negotiations and i would really appreciate if you would give me some feedback on the following issues...thanks in advance for anything you can provide...

1.  # of restricted/unrestricted personal days...and do you pay staff for not using them...

2.  any sort of sick leave "bank" or "transfer" option...

3.  how long do you carry employees on the health care under the following situations...

 a. teacher retires...
   and, do you pay that teacher a stipend for early notification of intent to retire, and if so how much...

 b  teacher resigns...
