[Mail_treas] Contract Compensation Archive - Mass Change Instructions

Good Afternoon,

As you are wrapping up EMIS reporting and have finished processing your final pay for FY23 contracts, you can archive Contract Compensations.
Please find attached two documents.

  1.  The Mass Change Script that can be imported into the Core/Compensation/Contract Compensation grid - Mass Change option
  2.  Mass Change Compensation to Archive True -  this document provides step-by-step instructions to archive contract compensations using the Mass Change option.

If you have never processed a mass change, PLEASE CALL ME and we will walk through this together.  We are happy to assist anyone who does not feel comfortable with this procedure.
Mass Change is a great tool, but if done incorrectly can create huge data errors that we cannot restore easily.  We would have to install your backup from the previous day, and you would lose all of your data you processed the day of the Mass Change error.
