[Mveca_usps] Civil Rights Data Collection - Staff Data

Hello,

...just a friendly reminder that there is a report in USPS, CRDC, for the data needed for Civil Rights Data Collection.

The CRDC option is available from the MENU system. This option appears under the USPS/ USPS_ANN sub menu. CRDC produces a report listing different required variables for specific reporting groups. .It lists jobs that are  reportable to EMIS and the position status is not equal U or a position status of U, but has a separation date after CCYY/06/30, where CCYY is the prior year and lastly, the fund source code must = A, B, G, I, L, N, T, or U to be included.
The information from the CRDC is based off Federal requirements.  The CRDC report  was created to be a major aid in finding the requirements, but may not be inclusive of everything.  Some additions or subtractions may be needed by the districts.

It produces the CRDC.TXT and if there are errors, CRDCE.TXT.
