Good Morning!

We just wanted to make sure that you are all aware that TASK 50 in the S collection is being completed as it is a new task.  In addition you may want to make sure that your Non Graduate Core Summary has been run/updated in previous years to get any summer records that were entered late.

I am attaching task 49 (non graduate core summary) and task 50 (graduation credits at entry) from the S checklist for your convenience.  This process should be run at the beginning of the year and continue to run it throughout the school year.  I am also attaching part of the EMIS updates and training documentation that relates to updating the grad points.

Also, just as a reminder that any new student coming into your district you will need to enter the date completion when you enter their course history.
