Attached are four documents.
 Two regarding Excessive Absences
 Two regarding Truancy

The intervention form is the process outline for each type and the
Continuum forms are for documentation with individual students.

The high school principal, Don Vogt, created these forms to give the
process more order and consistent documentation.
